With 26 feature films from 21 countries, the New York Film Festival once again promises a bonanza for adventurous film lovers. This year's line-up includes new films by Lars van Trier, Claude Chabrol, Clint Eastwood ("Magic River" with Sean Penn, pictured), and Errol Morris. The festival opens this Friday, October 3 and runs until October 19. As in the past, we will be bringing you reviews and updates from New York's Lincoln Center.
