Don Roo's ("The Opposite of Sex") ensemble drama opened this year's Sundance Film Festival. "Happy Endings" has a slick veneer and a complex cast of charcters, but what the film really needs is more Maggie Gyllenhaal. Lisa Kudrow, Steve Coogan, Laura Dern, Jesse Bradford, Tom Arnold, Jason Ritter and Sarah Clarke also star. Read Marcy's review.
