Review: When the Sea Rises

Yolande Moreau plays a performer with a unique stage show in the odd but touching romance "When the Sea Rises," directed by Moreau and Gilles Porte. Wim Wallaert co-stars as the paper-mache giant carrier who follows her through the French countryside. "When the Sea Rises" opens today. Read Marcy's review.
