A
Mighty Heart,
Into
The Wild,
The
Kite Runner,
Margot

City Indie)Anne Thompson discovered a beautiful short film by Wong Kar Wei. Apparently it's a commercial, but with imagery this sumptuous, we don't mind spreading the viral marketing: "There is only one sun, but it travels the world every day."
What does The Darjeeling Limited have in common with Secret Sunshine? We thought the festival was all about suitcases, sometimes full of stolen money, sometimes stuffed with ransom, but Filmbrain sees overwhelming evidence of romantic misery: "Is cinematic love, like, so last century?"
