Germany's Christian Petzold (Yella, Jerichow) is one the most exciting filmmakers working today. His latest, Barbara, tells the story of a talented doctor transferred to a small hospital in the provinces. Petzold regular Nina Hoss gives an extraordinary performance in the title role.
