Abbas Kiarostami

Critics cannot give Abbas Kiarostami enough praise. IndieWIRE calls the fillmaker one of the few great directors working today. According to The New York Times, there is "perhaps no living filmmaker as fully alive as Mr. Kiarostami." Close Up has been hailed as one of the greatest film of the 90s. His recently released The Wind Will Carry Us is considered an instant classic. Watching a Kiarostami film is an eye opening experience.
