Summary

Claire, a parking meter attendant, is a kind soul who resents having to enforce the law at all times. Jay, is the opposite--an angry Traffic Officer who loves his job and finds it the perfect outlet for his anger and frustration. In an act of kismet, the two meet and start a roller-coaster ride of a relationship that teaches them love conquers all, even the darkest and most mismatched of affairs.
