Oh la la! Ludivine Sagnier is entertaining family audiences in "Peter Pan," but she became an international sensation with her luscious nymphet performance in Francois Ozon's "Swimming Pool," out this week on DVD.
1. Swimming Pool (Unrated Version)
Sex kitten Ludivine Sagnier parades topless in "Swimming Pool," an erotic thriller that aims for the suspense of classic Hitchcock. With Charlotte Rampling, who also worked with writer-director Ozon in "Under The Sand," as the tight-lipped mystery writer. The DVD release offers 12 minutes worth of deleted scenes.
2. Buffalo Soldiers
Joaquin Phoenix, Anna Paquin, and Ed Harris star in a wickedly funny comedy about a U.S. soldier with nothing to fight but boredom as the Cold War winds down. A Sundance favorite, the film's release was delayed by two years because of its controversial depiction of the Army. Bonus features include commentary by Director Gregor Jordan, "Beyond The Iron Curtain," a behind-the-scenes feature, and "Anatomy of a Scene."
