2. Buffalo Soldiers

Joaquin Phoenix, Anna Paquin, and Ed Harris star in a wickedly funny comedy about a U.S. soldier with nothing to fight but boredom as the Cold War winds down. A Sundance favorite, the film's release was delayed by two years because of its controversial depiction of the Army. Bonus features include commentary by Director Gregor Jordan, "Beyond The Iron Curtain," a behind-the-scenes feature, and "Anatomy of a Scene."
