Anna Kendrick is staggeringly good as the treacherous debate captain in Jeffrey Blitz's Rocket Science.

Anna Kendrick
My main complaint about the lovely, quirky coming of age film Rocket Science? There's not enough Anna Kendrick. Her performance as the hyper-articulate Ginny has to be seen to be believed. Who can talk that fast, throw around that much vocabulary, be that manipulative? Inspired such immoderate love that her heartbroken suitors throw a celli through her front window? Ginny is practically a force of nature.
Canadian actress Ellen Page has been the talk of the season as the whip smart Juno. But I'd love to see Juno go head-to-head in a hipster debate with under-appreciated Ginny. I'd put my money on Kendrick.
