July 2009 Movie Releases

Don't despair when you think summer movies. It's easy enough to avoid the mindless blockbusters. This July head to your art-house theaters for such wonderful fare as Agnes Vardas The Beaches of Agnès, Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the indie romance 500 Days of Summer, and Korean filmmaker Chan-wook Park's new release Thirst.
