Beart was married to French actor Daniel Auteuil who she met on the set of Manon Du Sources. They have a daughter Nelly.

Daughter of French singer and poet Guy Béart.

Biography:

Acting since the age of 11, Emmanuelle Béart shot to fame and won a Cesar for Manon of the Spring (1986) in which she appeared along side Gerard Depardieu. She went on to appear in the acclaimed Un Coeur En Hiver (1992), Nelly and Mr. Arnaud (1995), and A French Woman (1995), a role written especially for her and which won her the Moscow Film Festival Best Actress Ward. English language audiences know her best from Brian de Palm's Mission Impossible (1996) and she appeared in Francois Ozon's roll-call of French actress talent in Eight Women (2002).
