The 46th New York Film Festival

The 2008 edition of the New York Film Festival features the North American premiere of Clint Eastwood's Changeling as its centerpiece selection. Lauren Cantet's The Class opens the film and Darren Aronofsky's The Wrestler will play on the festival's closing night. A newly restored print of Max Ophuls's final masterwork Lola Montès is featured as the festival's spotlight retrospective. The 28 film main slate will screen at the Ziegfeld Theatre between September 26 and October 12.
